Product Experience
The volume and range of parts passing through our operation provides our technicians and engineers with hands on experience on the wide range of products that are supported in the field. In addition the engineering departments gain exposure to new products, and build product familiarity through the return and repair of used site spares.
This product exposure enables the creation and maintenance of a product knowledge base which is invaluable to the company's planning solutions.
All of our engineers are workshop based, with product specialists providing telephone technical support and first level diagnostic assistance to our customers' field engineers.
