All of our suppliers conform to our quality guidelines, and all product supplied is audited and tested before being transferred into a stock location. The comprehensiveness of our quality procedures is highlighted by our current DOA/warranty return rate of 0.6%.
Our quality department records any issues with regard to defective products, supplier failure and any service failure, so that this data can be relayed back through the organisation to inform any further action or procedural amendments that may be required.
