Nottingham, UK – September 30, 2010 – Acal Supply Chain Limited, the leading independent provider of service part supply chains in Europe announces the launch of their enhanced Retail and Print Division.
Acal has recognised the challenges that OEM’s and TPM’s experience in supporting their customer base with Retail and Print product sets. This marketplace is increasingly difficult for maintainers to support due to the age, diversity and customisation of products deployed across their customers estates.
In response to this Acal has strengthened its inventory and technical capability to deliver;
- Inventory and supply chains that can guarantee availability on a 365x24x7 basis.
- A technical infrastructure that encompasses product knowledge, technical support and engineering.
- Repair & filtration solutions that lower total cost of ownership whilst maintaining Quality assurance
Acal is continuing to invest in this emerging market by building a credible team of Retail and Print experts dedicated to delivering end to end contracted logistics, parts, refurbishment, disposal and repair solutions. This investment includes significant refurbishment of the Printer House building in Nottingham to create a state of the art engineering and distribution facility for retail and print products.
