Thursday 27th September saw the first ACAL Parts Services Supply Chain Forum.
Held at Whittlebury Park Golf & Country Club the event brought together many of the leading executives from the fields of service support and service supply chain management.
A presentation was given by Glyn Dodd - Director of Group Business Development at ACAL Parts Services, providing a insight into the future development of the group.
We were also privileged to have Steve Downton of Downton Consulting present on 'Deriving Value for the Customer'. Both presentations were extremely well received.
The onset of rainy weather failed to dampen spirits as the event moved outside for an afternoon of social networking on the Golf Course and the outdoor pursuits field giving delegates a chance to meet and discuss the latest topics.
All in all the day went extremely well and we would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who took part in the event and contributing to its success.
