Why don’t you provide on line stock availability?
At present between the Supply Chain Group we hold over 1,000,000 individual lines in stock over 72 locations. Due to the sheer scale of our operation the integrated stock management system is in the early stages of development. Once this platform has been completed and fully tested we will investigate creating a web interface for this data.
What shipping methods do you offer?
Delivery information
UK
In the UK we offer the following delivery options to our customers:
Nextday – This is a standard overnight delivery whereby goods will be delivered up until 17:30 on the stated delivery day.
Nextday pre 12:00 – A morning delivery service for priority orders.
Nextday pre 10:30 – A premium delivery service whereby goods will arrive at your chosen location prior to 10:30.
Nextday pre 09:00 – A premium delivery service where your order will be delivered to you requested delivery location between the hours of 07:00 & 09:00 am.
Saturday service – This premium service is for customers requiring parts over the weekend.
Sameday service – For urgent requests a sameday service is available. We can provide delivery time estimates for all sameday requests upon receipt of a delivery postcode. *please note that timed delivery services are not available to all locations, for example offshore isles and the far north of Scotland. If you need to check the delivery availability to a location please contact us with the postcode and we will be happy to advise which services are available.
European Union
We hold accounts with all major courier organisations and can ship orders using either our discounted accounts or using your own account information for shipments.

The above premium services are only available to key European destinations and the transit time is dependant on the delivery location. If you wish to check the delivery availability to a location please contact us with the postcode and we will be happy to advise which services are available.
Freight Service – For heavier items we can provide a road freight service to your destination. Transit times do vary across Europe so please contact us with the postcode and we will be happy to advise what transit time is applicable.
Sameday – Due to the high volumes of inventory held within Europe we offer a limited sameday service for established customers. Please check with one of our representatives for detailed product availability and service delivery.
On board courier – Sometimes a next day delivery is not sufficient for a critical European call. On these occasions we employ an on board courier service so that your order is on the first available flight. This service is available on a door to door or door to airport basis and is progress managed by our service team. Transit times are location and flight dependant therefore please discuss any requirements with a member of our team.

How much warranty is provided with products?
