Our experience within the service inventory environment means that we can provide a specific ‘Solution Design’ for individual customers based upon value and benefit realisation.

Without compromising on service performance a full transfer of the services supply chain becomes a feasible option.  Systems and processes are developed in conjunction with our customers and a seamless interface is provided to minimise human intervention and help speed any transactions along. 

The ACAL client interface (EDI system) is already in use with a number of our customers providing them with online ordering, tracking, status information and complete visibility on all service requests, supported and managed by a designated customer care team.

Supply chain functions can be integrated into our own systems and infrastructure on either a full outsource or via a function, geography and inventory profile basis.

Inventory can be transferred with a cash injection and any Human Resource requirements will be handled sensitively with ARD and TUPE dealt with professionally.
