The Managed Support Solution, alternatively known as Matrix pricing, has been developed to help stabilise inventory expenditure, and yet maximise the service levels offered to your customers.

The service is flexible to customer's requirements and involves the compilation of a list of spare parts or machines with a regular service consumption.  From this list we provide discounted sales prices for the product lines, fixed over a defined period, and with guaranteed stock availability.

From a financial perspective this service stabilises P&L costs whilst reducing balance sheet risk.  Additionally the guaranteed availability of product increases the opportunity of exceeding service level agreeements on the supported lines.

The service flexibility of managed support allows customers to add or remove items on the matrix list, keeping it dynamic in nature.  The matrix pricing is also updated at agreed intervals to maintain maximum cost competitiveness.

All of the matrix functions are managed and maintained by dedicated account teams that are responsible for processing parts requests and providing performance reporting and response data.
