Our solutions are unique yet have the flexibility to adjust to a variety of business models and provide full peace of mind by working within a rigorous set of performance and service targets (KPI’s).

Clients can select between a unit price solution whereby parts are charges on a usage basis.  Alternatively this solution can be provided at a fixed monthly cost, irrespective of the number of parts requested to support your contract base.

This set price relationship provides a number of benefits.  It not only protects our customers from inventory investment, inventory management overheads and product obsolescence, it also provides fixed costs and fixed margins.  Additionally any increase required in stock deployment to successfully support the install base comes at no extra cost to the customer.

We currently have support spares strategically placed in over 70 locations throughout Europe and due to the scalability of our infrastructure this can be expanded at short notice to support new business wins.
